This job in the ground floor lounge of a 3 bed semi. We would like someone to fit a flat and level plasterboard ceiling then plaster the new ceiling. The room is approx 5m by 3m with one ceiling rose. We will take down the present ceiling , remove the rubbish and if required the furniture moved in preparation for the job starting. Following a small water leak from a cistern (now replaced) we need to replace approx. 3m2 of wall and ceiling that has been affected. I attach photos of the areas that needs re-plastering (shown in red). Rated by customer on 03/08/2011
